I installed this module and configured it as per the attachment. At the moment, it validates Portuguese VAT numbers, but it does not validate foreign ones. For example, if I enter a Spanish VAT number, it doesn't validate.
Could you help me identify what the issue might be?

I'm using PrestaShop 8.2.1, the store are in Portugal and the configuration is as attached. I also attach an image showing the same VAT number being validated as valid on the VIES website.
