Fidelity Program - How to segment customers?

Hi, 

I've just purchased the module All-In-One Rewards that allows me to build up a fidelity program based on my customer's group.

The problem is that I'm currently using ActiveCampaign as external automation tool to tag and segment my customers and I cannot find any solution that allows me to communicate with PrestaShop so that my customers are automatically added into my PS groups.

I've tried Integromat by Make as well as Zapier but it seems that is impossible to send datas from ActiveCampaign to update customers directly in PrestaShop, making it automatic and dinamic. 

Is there someone who knows how to solve this problem?
