Hello.

Thanks for this module. However it's not responsive and the text, even if short, is not displayed correctly on smartphones.

It could also be useful to have the option to disable closure only by clicking on the "X", allowing to close the notification with a simple scroll of the mouse considering that the users are already forced to click to accept the cookie banner.
