As far as I know the current wishlist module of prestashop is limited to one list only for each customer. So I think we can add a relation table which holds multiple data for each customer. It has the feature of multiple wishlists for each customer. You do not need any other module for that. Just follow the steps and you see that it has the feature of unlimited lists. 1.
