But if I look in the browser console I see the following error: POST https://www.xxxxxxxxxxx.fr/index.php?controller=product 500. Where in the PrestaShop code could this error come from? vav_ Posted July 18, 2022 Author Share Posted July 18, 2022 Hello @Ress, When I activate the debug mode, nothing happens. however this message is displayed: "The resource <URL> was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event.
