rkasper Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 Hi all, I am currently facing an issue regarding Prestashop (1.7.6) and the official Paypal plugin(5.6). The customer can do the Paypal express checkout when viewing the shopping cart, but when he goes through the complete checkout process in my shop and selects Paypal as payment method the redirect to Paypal is not working (Screenshot). I have contacted Paypal support as recommended in other threads. The paypal support said, that Paypal Plus doesnt need to be activated and I can get all relevant information from their website.
