Combinations/CSV Question

Just wondering if someone can point out where I've gone wrong here.

 

I've asked for Small to be in position 1, followed by M, L, XL however on catalogue page it comes out as

I'm sure its going to be something incredibly simple but can't see it myself (working too hard need a holiday)

You can change the order of each size in attribute groups. Also first position is allways 0 not 1, maybe thats why it set XLarge to first position because it didnt find any.
