I can't download the paypal module

I downloaded prestashop through API so I never created a prestashop account. I created this one because there is no other way to ask questions. There is zero support for this and zero on the subject of merging your account to existing prestashop one. 

 

I need to merge this account with my current prestashop store. How can I do this so I can finally get the paypal module on my store. 

 

I have a second question. where is there A GOOD explanation on configuring emails? I want to be able to send auto emails when someone buys something. It should be fairly simple I imagine but there isn't a way to do this or if there is it's not user friendly at all.
