Gopay nepřenesená objednávka

Hi,
n prestashop 1.7.6.3 we have such a problem and we don't know how to deal with it. we use payments via GoPay which work fine, payments are sent and initialized. However, sometimes it happens that the customer pays the payment, but the order is not reflected in the prestashop at all, as if it never existed. It seems to us that this happens when the customer closes the gopay window immediately after payment and does not have time to return to the "completed order" page. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe another module for GoPay payment or something else? Thank you very much.

Hello,
If you can reproduce the issue as you mentioned, by closing immediately the GoPay window, then the best way to solve this is to write to the GoPay module developer via addons platform sending them your observations to find a solution for you.

I would like to, unfortunately the developer of the module is unknown. It's a very "chopped" module. That's why I'm trying to see if anyone has met it before.
