I got a hold of someone on the chat. Is the chat a bot? none of my concerns were addressed, instead sometimes spanish was written to me, other times totally ignore what I said. To the point I was told, wait 3 days for them to get back to you. I stated they already have, here is the email. Then I was told just wait. Then I was told buy the renewal. I said, you have not addressed the price problem. They said, when in doubt, reach out. 

Is this the bloody twilight zone? I'm about to stick with magento at this point.
