I had purchased a migration tool, it took a year to migrate the majority of the products. The module stopped working out of the blue, after the module owner kept asking me to upgrade for support. I went to renew support and it's double the price. Their price states 48.00 for renewal after support runs out, I went to buy it and it's 84.00 Euros. I contacted the developer and he said the following
"Please contact the Prestashop. In that case, we can't do anything. If you get any questions please don't hesitate to contact us."
I just want the module working, I just want to get this website completed for my client. Who are you supposed to contact at Prestashop? That sounds strange, it should be the developer.
