Also it will be better if you share any user credentials for testing purpose. please enable the debug mode from the directory config/defines.inc Change:define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); To:define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); After that if there is any error message showing on the page for that please let us know also you can check the error log directory and share the same for the error details. I do hosting at ionos and this is curios a fatal error will be shown also the website has a new "name" and the in the folder structure such a folder occurs. The sites name is www.anneli.biz. Now it is shown in the fault report as www.anneli.biz/ka.... see picture. And in my folder structure a folder with this name has occurred This is magic. Need urgent help!
