Integration image issue - files are on FTP but PS don't generate thumbnails

Hi, 
As a consequence of the failure of module, I have a problem with the photos in some products. 

Instead of photos there are white boxes, both in front and back office. 
I accidentally discovered that if in BO when select some "empty" photo and click on zoom, the correct photo opens. I checked and indeed the files are in the FTP directory but PS "does not see" them. 
I wonder where the error might lie? Can re-generating the thumbnails solve the problem?

I am afraid that I may aggravate the problem, so I will be grateful for the hints of more experienced colleagues

Hi,

if all the image sizes for the product images are thereon the FTP, but they are not showing up on the category or home page of the site, then most probably there is a htaccess issue, or maybe you have some WEBP module?

Also on the product pages, the main product image is showing up? or the same issue is there with the product images?

Can you send me a link to your shop, so I can have a quick look at those?
