Hi,

you can install it from the Modules catalog using a prestashop where it's not yet installed.

I've done this now on a new PS 1.7.8.6 and archived them for you

Hi,

We have already installed modules on our website. However when we upgrade we get an error you are not allowed to download the above modules 

We can upgrade other modules but not these modules.

then you should try to uninstall the modules by checking the "also delete the module after uninstallation", and then install them from the module catalog, or from the zip files that I've sent you.

Hi all,

I have the same problem (PS 1.7.8.8), cannot upgrade Eventbus and Accounts modules. I did uninstall EventBus and tried to install via catalog, still the same error. Then installed V1.7.7 from above copy, which worked. Then tried update: fails. Really stuck here. Google marketing relies on EventBus module, so I need to get this going.
