my site IXIA.MA has stopped working with error "Unable to process this request via ixia.ma at this time.
HTTP ERROR 500" (a problem on the PrestaShop version may be or the redirect), I need your assistance.

Hi Please turn on debug mode , and then you will see the actual errors..

also your question is incomplete. you need to tell us few important things first.

1. Version of PS

2. Version of PHP

3. is back office accessible?

 i can't acces to my  back office

Please turn on Debug mode manually

go to public_html/config/defines.inc.php

on line 29 define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);   change it to define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

this way debug mode will turn on and will show you the error when you load ur backoffice url.

again i would ask which version of PS & PHP you are using.
