Problem with multiple values for one attribiute in one combination.

Hi! I'm prestashop newbie and I encountered my first problem. Let me give you some context of my problem:

I want to create a shop with wheels. Every wheel have few variants that differ with few attributes like - Offset, Center Bore, Diameter and so on. I know that for variants I should use combinations and it works but I also need to add "Fits to" attribute and the problem is that there is sometimes even 300 different "fits to" for one combination. Is there any way to add multiple values for one attribute in one combination through CSV file? Or maybe there is some better way of doing that?
