Remove optional fields from the checkout

Hi

does anyone know how i can remove the optional fields from the checkout (see picture)

.- Deactivate the option "Request date of birth"

 

and for the password it may help you to activate the express order

Thanks! I think I'll keep the password. I changed the translation a bit to make it easier for the visitor to understand.  One more small question. Do you know where I can translate this text? (look at the picture)

It's great that you solved it, look in the translations of the module, otherwise it looks inside the rgpd module

Thanks! I found it. It is located in the Customer Data Privacy Block
