Creative Elements - How do I make a Category and Sub Cat page??

I am using PS 1.7.8.5 and CE 2.5.8

I have made a 'home' page ( a very basic form of this my current working site  https://gb-online.co.uk/neweshop/index.php  ),

But I now need a page with a full listings of all main categories ( similar to my current working site  https://gb-online.co.uk/neweshop/index.php?id_category=12&controller=category  ) .

And then an individual sub category listing page of each main category ( similar to my current working site https://gb-online.co.uk/neweshop/index.php?id_category=13&controller=category  )

I am stumped? as I do not know a way of doing it with CE.
