Adding a "Phone" filed in registration - 1.7.8.5

Hello everyone!

Following this tutorial: https://learncodezone.com/php/adding-new-fields-to-the-registration-form-in-prestashop-1-7/ I was able to add a phone field in the registration form, which displays in the customer account as well.

The problem is that the admin can't see this field in back office, as it is not displayed there. Is it possible to add this field on the:

1. "Editing customer" page in back office;
2. "Information about customer" page in back office;
3. "Manage your customers" page as a column in the table?

Any one of the above would suffice. It is not mandatory the field to be editable by the admin, but it would be a plus.
