cannot Checkout keeps loading

Hello.

The problem is new and it applies to random users

after entering the credit card or any means of payment the user click on place order and it changes to Processing and nothing happens

what I tried and did not work:

• empty the basket a refill with the same item or different items
• all means of payment
• Tried to fill same basket on anther user and it worked

Any solution ?

I did some research in the customer account and found out that the customer had 2 basket with the same amount

one was done on the 4/2/2022 and the other was done on the 2/2/2002 knowing that it had a product that was added in march

So I went to the DB and deleted the basket and their product and it worked

Can someone tell what happened ?

Prestashop works as set.
If you have set in the administration that the previous contents of the cart will not be read after logging in, then the last abandoned cart will be loaded.

If the product is no longer found in the previous cart, there is a problem.
