I am having this problem with packs of products.

The packs have advanced stock management activated, The available quantities for the current product and its combinations are based on the stock in your warehouse (using the advanced stock management system) and pack quantities: decrement both.

 

Now, the pack is in stock, customers can add them to their carts but cannot check out because they receive this error that the pack is not actually in stock. But it is in stock.

 

The products in the pack are in stock, I can't find which setting is wrong.

Does anyone have any idea?

It can only be ordered if I manually specify the quantity of the pack but this is not fine, because I want it to decrease the stock of the pack automatically, as the pack is ordered.

Hi,

 

Thank you for the reply, but all of the products in the pack are in stock.

The error only appears if the customers add the pack to cart.

They could buy the products in the pack separately and it would not give that error.

This is why I'm confused about the error.
