Can I use themplat ver 1.4.0.x for prestashop ver.1.4.1 ?

I chose the prestashop 1.4.1. for my shop and I found a suitable template for my category.
The template's ver is 1.4.0.x and most of sellers I visited are saying it can not be used for prestashop 1.4.1.
But only one said to me, it's version is ok for prestashop 1.4.1.
So, I am confused now which one is correct.

Please any person kindly advise me, if I can buy it for prestashop 1.4.1.

The prestashop template 1.4.0.x works fine in prestashop 1.4.1.

I just installed my new template version 1.4.0 under perstashop 1.4.3. Every thing is OK, but incerrect "CART BLOCK" display from my website www.luckneko.com. I contacted Templatemonsters.com which I ordered from. They told me I have to use prestashop 1.4.0. It's not compaitable. I trid to find prestashop 1.4.0, but can't get it anymore. Is there any one can tell me where can I get prestashop 1.4.0 now.

There are a lot of bugs in 1.4.0, so if you use 1.4.0, you will meet more bug.
1.4.3 was improved one.
