sucknorris Posted February 24, 2022 Share Posted February 24, 2022 Hey there, i am wondering why it is not possible to change an invoice which is already generated. For example i have some customers who need to have some changes in their invoice e.g. removing VAT after VAT refund or changing their details because it was order for a company (need to add on behalf). Is there any option or modul that can just change a single invoice or do you guys use external provider for invoicing. With the old shopsoftware i used easybill, and there was everything very easy. Ress Posted February 25, 2022 Share Posted February 25, 2022 Try a third party module through which you can change the order data, even after it is valid (the invoice has been generated), and when you download the invoice again, it will be updated (if you use the invoice from PrestaShop).
