Automatic emails not sending (chante order status)

Hi, how are you?

Once the customer order , he doesn´t receive the email confirmation.

Also when I change the status of the order (payment accepted, shipped) it doesn´t send the automatic emails.

I don´t see where the problem comes.

Anyone can help me please?

Check and test IMAP and STMP settings.

Rather use the option to enter your own parameters for smtp from an email address.

Hi, if you receive the test email when you press the corresponding button, PHP mail() is working fine. Please check one thing for me. If you enable DEBUG MODE in -> Adavanced parameters -> performance, can you tell me if you still receive the same error, or a blank page with the message "Error: invalid e-mail template" instead?

Thanks for your reply. The email test its not working as you can see attached.

In DEBUG section I have "Disable non PrestaShop modules" - DISABLE and "Disable all overrides" enable.

It is best to "Set my own SMTP" parameters.

Thanks. I changed and the email test is sent. But when I change the order status still apear the error (email not sent to customer)

Set also in Customer Service -> Customer Service tab at the bottom ( left panel )

This is your hosting? If yes, check the settings.
