how to redirect one site to another based on postal code

Hello, 
I need to redirect a site www.mydomaine.com to subdomain.mydomaine.com in relation to the customer’s postal code.
For example, if a customer has postal code 10000, we need to redirect it to subdomain.mydomaine.com. Is there a way to do that?
The problem also is that the product in those 2 sites is different.
