Re-install prestashop from scrach

Good morning everyone!

I want re-install Prestashop from scratch, i have reasons to do that, i have some uninstaled items still in data base showing up in back office, server has big INDONES count, all the time every week i have some critical problems. 

4 years i have Prestashop, i changed 3 themes.

I want reinstall Prestashop, but i need to products, faceted search and links are the same, every thing else from scratch. 

Can someone give advise hot to do that correctly?

I have recently make a copy of a prod server to home server for dev purpose, you can do somthing similar with a clean install

https://www.prestashop.com/en/blog/how-to-migrate-prestashop-to-a-new-server

install new prestashop on new server, then copy themes, modules and db ... that should do the job.

If everything working, you can copy back to your prod server.
