Prestashop 1.7.8.2 E-mails templates don't save

Hello when I edit the email templates and save it, it doesn't save and this error after 1 minute to try save

"Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

this only happens in the email templates html, the other translations are all ok.

does anyone know what it could be or have this problem ?

It sounds like if you don't have permission about this folder for doing changes in the email files.

Is it possible? Did you brush up that?

Hello I have permission  in folders of emails and controllers 755.

And I suppose your PrestaShop version is compatible with your PHP version.

And you have been cleaning cache from PS administrator and also from FTP /cache/cache_index.php

yes the version of   php 7.4 and I clean all cache.

I have the same problem when I edit the email templates and save it, it doesn't save and the error log file has the same errors: 

"Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in controllers/admin/AdminTranslationsController.php on line 214"

Did you find the cause of the problem? Were you able to fix it?
