Luisejo
Hi @nunoweb It sounds like if you don't have permission about this folder for doing changes in the email files. Is it possible? Did you brush up that?

Luisejo
And I suppose your PrestaShop version is compatible with your PHP version. And you have been cleaning cache from PS administrator and also from FTP /cache/cache_index.php

I have the same problem when I edit the email templates and save it, it doesn't save and the error log file has the same errors: "Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in controllers/admin/AdminTranslationsController.php on line 214" Did you find the cause of the problem? Were you able to fix it? Share the solution, please. Best regards.
