jonamacg83 Posted January 13, 2022 Share Posted January 13, 2022 Hi guys We are getting a 404 error on our shop, looking at file manager, there is an exception log which states the following: *ERROR* 2022/01/12 - 21:49:06: Link to database cannot be established:SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) at line 102 in file classes/db/DbPDO.php There is no access to the frontend or backend and we are well within our resource limit on our hosting package. The databases seem to be there, so a little stuck. Been onto our hosting and they cannot see any issues. I cannot see the file/folder '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock''. Any ideas?
