oxygenTE Posted January 8, 2022 Share Posted January 8, 2022 Hello everyone and happy new year, I am writing because I have a problem with the field that shows the text entered by the user when customizing the product. For this type of customization I insert the default function provided by the CMS without any customization. I summarize the behavior: from the frontend the customer enters the personalization that is stored and saved correctly in the order data. However, when I open the order details from the backend, the field that contains the personalization is shown for less than a second (photo 01) and then disappears (photo 02). The display: none is added to the paragraph the <strong> element within the paragraph is deleted. I think this is due to a js file but I can't figure out which one. Can anyone help me or give me directions? I use Prestashop 1.7.7.5 with standard backend template. No modification or customization to the product module or template.
