Type error: Return value of CartCore::getCartPriceFromCatalog() must be of the type float, null returned [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError 0]

I am having trouble getting through to all the older orders from 2021. All new orders open without a problem. When I enter the order, I get the error below. It is also not possible to enter the user profiles.

After the new year we changed the data in a couple of modules (transfers24, invoices) due to a change of company and we changed the Product Combination Index from SKU to EAN.
PrestaShop version: 1.7.7.1
PHP version: 7.3.33
What could be the issue here?

Hi, 

 

Did you accidentally deleted all the cart previous to 2021? The issue described can be generated by the fact that the carts are missing which have been assigned to the orders, which in case of Prestashop will result in a  500 error at editing?!

This is hardly possible. I have not performed such actions. Is it possible from the administration panel? 

I have 2500 entries in ps_cart:

 

shopping baskets in the order submenu also produce the same error.
