Bulk import of labels - Spanish PE

Hello I hope you are well. I have some problems with the bulk import of labels.

The language of the entire Online Store is in Spanish PE.
When I do bulk uploads to create new products with labels there is no problem. The label is created in Spanish PE and the product is assigned to the label.

When I do a massive load of existing labels to different products, what happens is the following:

The total number of products is added to the label but in the detail the products are not assigned.

Previously I had 2 products with the label "Libros" and 1 product with the label "Cuentos Infantiles", then I do a test labeling 4 products and the result is the following:
