1.7.8.0 Issues navigating from product with combinations to category

PrestaShop version: 1.7.8.0

When the user changes combinations on a product and tries to navigate back to category he/she needs to click back X times, where X equals to number combinations changes.

Tested locally with 1.7.7.8 and the described issues is not reproducible.

Expected behavior

After changing combinations on a product it takes only one click on back button to get back to the category.

Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites:
Demo products installed

navigate to http://localhost:8888/en/4-mencategory

click on Hummingbird printed t-shirt product

Change combination Size to M

 

 

 

Does anyone know how to fix that issue?
