Charging backorders

Is there a method to not charge a backorder until the item is back in stock, and ready for delivery?

Thanks for the reply.

Before Prestashop, I used Shopify. That had the option to authorize orders. What it did with credit card payments, it would check with cc company and reserve the invoice  amount, without actual charging the cc. A manual authorization of the shop "admin" would proceed the order. That way backorders would only be charge when the item was shipped.

All other payment forms, needed manual authorization, before payment is collected.

That would resolve the backorder issue, but also 

Being able to authorize orders, before payment is collected is something I miss in Prestashop. It not only resolves the backorder issue, it also reduces charge backs for fraudulent orders.

I looked for a module, so far haven't find one, anyone!
