Prestashop Backoffice error - The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Hello guys!

I get this message in my backoffice:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

It appears when I try to add some files in backoffice, for example images for backgrounds in elementor module, but it shows in other modules too. It looks like general error.

In backoffice debug mode shows only warnings and deprecations.

I managed to solve above list of problems -> Google Analytics module. Now nothing appears when I launch the site in debug mode. But my Internal Server Error in backoffice still exists... Please check the attachments.

 

I will be very gratefull for any help.

Hello

Ok, I will try to be more specific.

Problem still exists. In my previous post you'll find screenshots. They show the problem. When I try to upload some media in my backoffice, window pops up, with error message (second screenshot).

Any ideas how to fix it?

I don't think that's the problem. Error message pops up right away, before I am able to choose any file. I click the "browse butto" and the pop up window with error shows up.

Hello , i would like to ask if someone get my same prob.

Prestashop 1.7.8.9 Php 7.4

Shop Work fine , but if i change in Php cgi  7.4 or 7.3 cgi

i will get Internal Error only in backoffice , while in frontoffice Work

Kindly ask if someone have suggestion about this issue
