Transport options with Advanced Stock Management active

We use Prestashop 1.6.1.9.Advanced Stock Management is activated and product stock is linked to the linked warehouses. We have 2 warehouses. Warehouse A offers shipments in 48h while Warehouse B offers shipments in 15 days. 

The problem: We have a product in both warehouses, but there's only enough stock in one of them to satisfy the order. Once in shipment options window, we are offered both options: 48h and 15 days, but reality is that only the 15 days warehouse can satisfy the order. 

Example: Warehouse A has 4 beers in stock. Warehouse B has 10 beers in stock. Customer orders 8 beers and can he is offered both 48h and 15 days shipment.

¿Does anyone know if we are missing some configuration or is it a Prestashop problem/bug?
