Hello everyone,

We are trying to move from woocommerce to prestashop. I setup a domain for testing purposes.

PrestaShop version: 1.7.7.7

Server information Linux #1 SMP Debian 4.19.118-2+deb10u1 (2020-06-07) x86_64

Server software version: nginx/1.14.2

PHP version: 7.3.29-1~deb10u1

It has test products plus I install some content.

Anyway,

When I try to change product color or site presta show gives me 404 on ajax request.

there no error log on server side. It was simple empty response. 

ıs anyone give me a clue, whats my problem ?

When seo enabled on nginx ajax requests return empty and there is no server error. It seems routing not working on ajax requests when seo enabled on NGINX.

Requires further investigation. Prestashop nginx seo config was too cumbersome (why ?) it may required update nginx config or patching routing part of prestashop (one case uses apache) .

And still not fixed, somehow, developers cannot reproduce the error so they can't deal with it.

Status: Postponed to future, for now disable seo
