Email Alerts

I have noticed that automated emails are not being sent to customers after a purchase has been made.  I have tried to find a module to install but the one that keeps popping up is now obsolete.  Is there a way that I can get this to work please?  I am using PrestaShop 1.7.7.5

I searched for it but couldn't find one. I searched for mail and only found the newsletter module. I googled the module but the one that keeps coming up is no longer available. I'm using the classic theme on PrestaShop 1.7.7

Do you have a version of this module that I can install please?

Thank you for the file ndiaga but I couldn't upload it.  I got the following error message: -

This file does not seem to be a valid module zip

Sorry to sound dense ndiaga but the only module installations I have done all ask for a zip file. I know how to use ftp and I am comfortable working with file directories I just don't know where to copy the files to.  Please can you let me know the directory names,

All of these files already existed in this directory: - 

public_html > modules > ps_emailalerts > mails > en

but I have copied up the files in your zip drive and overwritten them.  Do I have to do anything else to get this to work please?  Are there any boxes to tick or settings to change?

Hi Marilyn,

If you do not find the module in "Module Manager", try to look for it in "Module Catalog", and install it, after which you will be able to configure it.
