Unable to upload a file to virtual product.

The problem started when a customer called saying that there is no file to download in the order he made. I tried in different browsers... go to the product, got to Virtual product tab... upload the file... save... save at the bottom. Go back to product, select the product again... and virtual product... and... wow!!! empty again!

Again... I can't recommend Prestashop for downloadable products. Even with the most updated version... I always have a different problem. I have like... 8 years using Prestashop.

Trying again with the same result. I upload the file... save... refresh the page.. No file uploaded.

I founded the answer:  Administration -> Preferences -> UPLOAD QUOTA

Client still waiting for the email to download the product. What is the way to re-send email to download virtual product in Prestashop 1.7? I made an order as client, and I received two emails... the invoice and the email with the download link. Now if I delete that email... and next month I want to download it again... there is no link on my account. What is the logical way this system uses?
