send an inquiry instead of completing the order

Hello,

For the customer, I need a module that, at the end of the order (checkout), in case a certain product is in the cart (product must be labeled somehow in the product catalog), offers the option to send an inquiry for the whole order instead of "checkout".

does anyone know any module that allows this?
