The order confirmation layout was fine but after the system was upgraded to 1.7.7.5, it was broken like the attached image. Thank you for any help. endriu107 Posted July 26, 2021 Share Posted July 26, 2021 Sometimes it happens when you edit email templates from backoffice, now you need to edit this template order-confirmation.tpl or just replace it from fresh prestashop install package. At the end, I found the reason. So I manually modified the order_conf.html under the theme to fix the problem. Thanks.
