Módulo Cookies eu 2021?

Good morning, I am developing a website and I need a module that complies with the current law.

I have seen these 2 modules but I think they aren't 100% compliant:

Previously I configured a module in wordpress called coookiebot but in Prestashop 1.7 it is very expensive to have to pay the module + the monthly subscription.

What do you recommend me to use? Contact a professional about these issues?
