Knowband Prestashop eBay integration module - Setting up problems with Ebay

I get the following Ebay error message, in trying to list items for sale.

"Before you can list this item we need some additional information to create a seller's account. "

How do I get more details of what the additional required information is, as they do not tell you.

Or how do I contact Ebay for help.

Anybody got similar problems and any method of getting it to work.

I have gone through your support team. But you basically say its nothing to do with us, its an Ebay problem.

But there does not seem to be a way of contacting anyone at Ebay.

Any thoughts and ideas please.

Try with:

1. Go to My eBay.
2. Click the Account tab.
3. In the Payment methods for Seller Fees section, click the Change automatic payment method link and then make your selection.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

We further checked with our development team and as per their response "This error is coming directly from eBay. When you start selling on eBay, you need to select an automatic payment method for your selling fees. In this case, eBay is preventing you from listing until credit card information is provided in your My eBay account.

Now this is surprising and I am not sure how I did it.

Seems to be a ebay.com and ebay.co.uk mixing there web pages up, so advice is different. Username and Passwords seem to be a problem on .co.uk and .com ebay sites

But I got an item listed.
