slaymesh Posted June 17, 2021 Share Posted June 17, 2021 (edited) Hi, Not sure if this is the right forum for this but i upgraded prestashop to the latest version 1.7.7.5 and i am getting this error Error - The following e-mail template is missing: reply_msg whenever i reply to customer from the Customer service area . Please any help much appreciated ! Note i am also getting another error in the ORDER area when i cancel an order it seems like the email is not sent i get this message : An error occurred while sending the e-mail to the customer. Also no email sent at the registration ! Thanks SOLVED ! had to generate emails from scratch and that worked !
