I use the same data token for another module. everything works perfectly. What could be the problem? hosting ban? prestashop 1.6 log file shows no error . your module does not have a log file about sent messages and status. Follow this manual "How to connect Telegram Bot to your PrestaShop" For debugging, if you did all right - you should be able to send a message to Telegram just with GET request in browser.
