We have several items which we want to exclude PayPal as a payment option, and leave the other payment options. This would not apply to all products, but to only 2 or 3 products. Well, it is possible with a bit of configuration work: It is possible to restrict payment methods by carrier, in Payment > Preferences, and to restrict specific carriers to each product (in the product configuration). So all you need is 2 carriers: 1) accepts all your payment methods 2) accepts all except PayPal Then, in those specific products, restrict carriers to carrier 2.
