egoodman Posted May 24, 2021 Share Posted May 24, 2021 I have a client who is experiencing a weird issue with vouchers on a site I set up for him. In PrestaShop when a customer enters a voucher code, the correct updated price is shown in the shopping cart at checkout. Yet Stripe (his gateway) is still charging the customers full price as though they never used a voucher. The order goes through and in the PrestaShop back end under orders it shows a payment error. Stripe is claiming this is a PrestaShop issue. Does anyone have an idea how to get this to work? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
