Prestachamps Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hi, by default Prestashop is not saving in the logs the customer activation. Most probably you have a module which is deactivating the customers at creation/registration. If that module has no log for the customer activation, you need to create custom code for this activation/deactivation log where you can save the employeeID and date of customer activation/deactivation.
