Design>Positions>displayNavFullWidth giving a 404

PS1.7.4.4    I just installed a new module and the slider on the page needs to be off the top of the  page.  I went to the Design heading and than went to Positions and this works fine. I found where I need to access the sliders position "displayNavFullWidth" and I click on the module and it just does not open the page and goes to a 404 not found.  Maybe timing out?  But others opened under the "displayNavFullWidth" heading.

Positions has always taken a lot of time to open a modules position maybe 1 to 2 minutes or more.  Other modules work with no problem but it takes a while for them to open.   Can anyone share what to do to get access to the sliders position?
