Hi all,
After installing ps the shop is displaying correctly, but when I try to access backoffice I get error 500. I have removed the install folder, admin permissions are set to "775", I have renamed admin . I don't know what could be going on.
any help please?
Thank you

Gracias.

Hi,
in order to see the error you have to enable the debug mode from FTP(as your backoffice is not working):
https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/575132-how-to-enable-debug-mode-on-prestashop-17-and-older-versions-turn-on-error-reporting-blank-page/

Let us know what error/exception is displayed after enabling debug mode.
Kind regards, Leo

Hola,
https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/575132-how-to-enable-debug-mode-on-prestashop-17-and-older-versions-turn-on-error-reporting-blank-page/

Saludos cordiales, Leo

Hello,

I fixed it. Only renamed .htaccess (.htacess_old) in admin folder and renamed admin (admin15791) folder, for example.

I hope this is helpful to someone.

Sorry for my English.
