Trouble Connecting to Shiprush

Hello,

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.17 and I'm having some issues loading my orders into Shiprush using webservice.

I've generated an access key and uploaded all the necessary PHP files to my server.

When I test the connectivity to Shiprush it's giving me the message "Access token database access verified."

However, once I try to load my orders on Shiprush I'm getting the message "ERROR: Could not access Prestashop API"

I've contacted Shiprush support team but they say it's a Prestashop error, since the connection is working on their end.

My IT guy lives in Poland and I can't get ahold of him, so I'm trying my best to solve this issue on my own. Any help is appreciated :)
